Staples’ new EDI portal Staples Exchange is now up and running. Vendors should know that your Shipment Notice (ASN, 856) to Staples is the authorization for payment. should there be an error in the 856, Staples does not notify the vendor. This can result in a non-payment impacting your cash flow.
