If you are currently a supplier for Walmart your EDI system may be in jeopardy of screeching to a halt or a slow purr. Walmart requires yearly AS2 security key updates with your existing AS2 software. This year they are requiring stricter encryption standards by upgrading to the higher 2048 bit encryption. Upon expiration of either the Walmart certificate or the supplier certificate, both certificates must be replaced with a 2048 bit certificate.
It is possible your current AS2 software may be inadequate to handle these new changes.
