Lowe’s has announced that they will begin requiring their trading partners to send them an X12 753 transaction. The X12 753 is the Request for Routing Instructions. In addition to requesting routing instructions, the X12 753 can provide general information about merchandise that is ready to be shipped. This change will go into effect on August 3rd, 2020. If your organization is a Lowe’s trading partner, it’s important to keep your team members informed of this update.
