Amazon Vendor Central (AVC) will soon be upgrading their systems to support higher levels of security. During this change they will no longer support some older OS and Browsers. Vendors using an OS or Browser with earlier versions than those listed below will need to upgrade. Upgrading before this change will ensure they are able to access and use Vendor Central to maintain their inventory, manage their orders, and respond to inquiries from Amazon.
If Vendors do not upgrade their OS and browsers prior to this change, they will find themselves unable to log into AVC. Vendors who cannot access AVC will need to work to upgrade while live orders and inquiries are being impacted. Failure to upgrade and respond to inquiries could result in Amazon removing items from an orderable status. This would result in loss of sales until Vendors can complete the upgrade.
