Mack Trucks, Inc., a subsidiary of Volvo, announced in late May that their trading partners need to make changes to their Mack 810 invoices. This is due to multiple internal system changes. Mack will initially correct these elements themselves in order to give their trading partners time to adjust. That being said, trading partners must make the necessary updates by July 20, 2020. Failure to do so will result in delayed payments.
These changes will apply to all Mack-Volvo invoices. Only one 810 invoice map will be required for all of the Volvo EDI processing.
