Many times a lot of people need to know, so they all waste too much time going to carriers’ websites.
New information they need should be readily available within the business application. And, carriers do not charge for sending this information. The time has come to automate. The first step is to call the carrier’s I.T. department to inquire about receiving Shipment Status Messages (214). Then you can properly estimate the cost and benefits of automating this information
