When you started employment how many forms did you complete? Didn’t they all contain the same information? Your name goes to Blue Cross, the bank for 401k, the business card printer, the cell phone company, and to others. This is painful and too costly!

The time has come to automate this process. You can move to one entry, self-correction, and then automated, fast, and secure transmission.

There is an EDI document for member enrollment and updates (834). If you have a Human Resources system, it may have a gateway for this. If not, you can provide us a temporary table and we can parse providers and send. Make efficiency a priority by taking the first step and contacting DCS.
