IBM has announced an update to the certificates used to identify their servers that receive documents via HTTPS. These new certificates use the SHA 2 algorithm for better security and are issued by a new signing authority. If you use the IBM Supply Chain Business Network, it’s important that you inform your team responsible for HTTPS certificate changes of this update.
The cutover will take place on one of two dates, depending on which IBM system you are using. If the sending URL contains https://primary.ca.globalec.com or you use the IP address 209.95.232.144, the cutover date is May 15, 2018. If the sending URL contains https://www.gts.globalec.com or you use the IP address 209.95.232.131, the cutover date is May 22, 2018. For both of these cutover dates, the new certificate can be downloaded at https://cn.sterlingcommerce.com.
