Amazon has announced a new fulfillment center non-compliance chargeback called No Show. A carrier will receive the No Show chargeback if they miss a confirmed delivery slot without cancelling or rescheduling the appointment in advance. This is in the interest of keeping Amazon’s fulfillment centers running smoothly and on-schedule.
Carriers may start receiving notifications about No Show beginning August 14, 2017. However, Amazon won’t begin charging for it until October 16, 2017. The charge is $250 for Truckload (TL) and $90 for Less Than Truckload (LTL).
